Task Priority codes

I am trying to include the new Task Priority codes into the TEST environments but have come across an issue that I am hoping you can help.

 

The new code of "04" has been added to the Tasks Priority table (screen shot A ATTACHED). I added the Tasks Priority using CUSTOMER SUPPORT >>SET UP>>TASK MANAGEMENT>>Task Priority.

This has not been made available as a selection form the Task Priority list if the user wanted to change the original priority to a new one (screen shot B below) IN THE CONTACT CENTER FORM.

 

can you assist with providing the steps that would be required to make the new priority code selectable from the list?
