Login Assistance for Oracle EBS R12

Dears,

We are having Oracle e-business suite R12 multi-node on HP-UX. And we configured a login assistance successfully on our environment. My problem it’s some of our employee didn’t have an email address. So we can’t send an email for resetting the password. My question is there any way to integrate a 3rd party to send the new password to their mobile without admin intervation.
