Error rasied while submiting charges in Service reqeust if the ship_to site usage and bill_to site u

Hi,

I have one site number defined under BE_OU,Whicg has ship_to and bill_to sites defined separatelly .(please review attached screen shot 1)

If this is the case then error is rasied while submiting the charge lines in service request.

Error is not rasied if both the usages ie bill_to and ship_to are defined under  single site number.(Please review attached screen shot 2)

This should happen because how ever we define it should accept the site numbers.
