Does Oracle Fixed Assets allow unit to assign in negative value in Oracle R12.0.6

Hi,

I can see in my system there is unit to assign is negative value like -1 in assignment window and it has come from Payables. But when i am going to create asset using negative value in unit to assign field, it is now allowing me to do so then why it is picking up from payables? that is why when i am reclassifying the asset having negative units(-15645) it is throwing error that assigned employee is no longer valid. The employee is active in the system.

Please help me.
