How to setup International Business Group

 What are the steps to setup an International Business Group

We are commencing a pilot project in the Netherlands 

Our staff will be outsourced  

I would like to  set up an International Business group as we will not have  any payroll requirements .

The International Business group would roll in to our US Business group. 

We do have  local currency   VAT and government reporting   to accomplish.
