Work order completion error - help

We are upgrading to R12 and during some resent testing we are getting the following error when trying to complete a work order. We get the same message for each item on the bom.

"229475 failed validation.  INV_INT_TYPEXP"

Any help in trouble shooting this error is appreciated.
