Iprocurement webpage is giving the error: cannot display the page
While creating a requisition, she clicks on the flashlight icon to display a list of values for one of the fields. The issue randomly occurs with different LOV icons.
Most of the time the pop up window delivers the expected window allowing her to search the LOV
Approximately 20% of the time, she gets a window with the following error (see below)
If she closes the error window, she can usually hit the LOV again and get the search screen.
Pop-up windows are enabled
I had her clear her cache, but that didn't work either.
Our timeout profile option is set for 30 minutes and this happens after she's freshly logged in.
