Oracle 11 raise CPU load of 50% permanent

Hello,

we have a Oracle Database server VERSION 11.2.0.1 at  Windows Server 2008 with 2 CPU.

 The CPU load is always at 50% night and day, but every 30 minutes for 8-10 minutes it goes done to 2%.

The process which cause the load is oracle.exe (Oracle Kernel Process)

Please have a look at the attached document with the images, where the load of the CPUs are displayed.

In the night there is no job or application running, how can i investigate, what is the database doing?

 Is there any script for analyzing ??
