We have a user that when trying to create an empoyee and list the address type detail then incur an error:

ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-00100: internal error, arguments : [51021],[drwaf.c],[1615],[],[]
ORA-06512: at "CTXSYS.DRUE", line 160
ORA-06512: at "CTXSYS.DRVDML", line 490
ORA-06512: "UHSHR.DR$PER_ADDRESSES_N4TC", line 1

ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger

"UHSHR.DR$PER_ADDRESSES_N4TC"

ORA-06512: "APPS_UHSFNDX.PER_ADDRESSES_PKG", line 398

They have not had any issues in the past. Any assistance on why they are now getting this would be greatly appreciated.
