Need help finding resources for a developer with strong e-business r12 background transitioning to n

I am a developer with years of experience with Oracle Financials starting with v10.5 character(!) all the way through r12.  I moved to a new area and have taken on a roll as a PeopleSoft developer at a local public university - (I will be mostly working on the financials side of the application.)  We do not have a huge development team and I am looking for some advice/documents that will better give me a grasp on what is needed to make the transition as smooth as possible.  We are on CS and FS version 9.0 however are in the
