How to Disable Add Attachment Button for Approved iExpenses?

Hello,

We would like to disable the Add attachement button for approved iExpenses.  This button appears on about 8 screens, and I suspect this could already be built into the application through a profile or some other mechanism.  If someone is aware of this ability and how it can be implemented, please let me know?

Is there a method to completely prevent changes to approved iExpenses?  This would make us happy too, if we cannot prevent attachments being added.
