RB Batch posted get out of balance error

One RB batch get out of balance error while posting. While checking F03B13/F03B14/F03B11, the psoted code are marked as D and GL looks like also ok all transactions are marked as P. However F0902 does not seems to in balance with F0911. It looks like something happened during the posting cause partial update.

The batch end in error in batch header. What might cuase the partial update and how can we fix this batch?
