charsets.jar missing from $CLASSPATH $AF_CLASSPATH

Hi,

I have a question with metalink note Using JDK 7.0 Latest Update with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.0 and 12.1 (Doc ID 1467892.1)

I do not see [IAS_ORACLE_HOME]/appsutil/jdk/jre/lib/charsets.jar in $CLASSPATH or $AF_CLASSPATH within my env after doing these notes, but I don't think with was there before upgrading to JDK 7_25.

I checked on a test system that did not contain these patches and I do not see $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/jdk/jre/lib/charsets.jar with in $CLASSPATH or $AF_CLASSPATH either.

Should I manually put this jar into $APPL_TOP/admin/adovars.env?  Did I miss a step?
