Newly added template doesn't show up in the template dropdown menu

I have come across a behaviour where BIP doesn't show up newly added template in the drop down list. A new excel template is added to existing report and named as "NewTemplate3" and save the changes successfully. It doesn't show up in the Template drop down list in the run reprot screen.

.xdo file contains the newly added template but GUI doesn't show that.  Am I missing something? It's BIP 10.1.3.4.2.
