Actual Cost transactions LCM enabled

When doing a return on a receipt line item for LCM Org, after estimate & LC Adjustment has been made, we notice the reversal of the receipt & elimination of the corresponding LC Adjustment in Actual Cost Transactions. We do not see reversal of the LCM estimate related to the line. LC Adjustments process has been run in OPM.  Is there a seperate process I am missing to get the LCM estimate reversed or is there a bug here?
