ASCP Planned order - Work order

We have some subinventories that are marked as netable for Planning purposes. But Product in these subinventories is not pickable. The problem is that ASCP recommends to release a planned work order. But once we release the Work order and dod a component pick release we wouldn't be able to pick all the components for the work order and thus it is causing lot of issues.
Is there any way we get release errors for items like these or is there any other way to flag planners that the work order is not ready.
