There are some session hanging and runing for long time on the top activity of OEM

Hi all,
I see that, some time there is some session hanging, it run for a longtime , i cannot kill those session by alter system kill session 'SID,SERIAL#', i must kill those by kill -9  on OS

My database is : 11.1.0.7 on EBS 12.1.1
