Unable to Launch iStore from Jdeveloper for R12

Hi,

I have set up all the steps mentioned in below note.

R12: How to Customize and Execute iStore JSPs from Oracle Jdeveloper? (Doc ID 1330599.1)

But when i run the ibeCZzpHome.jsp, its trying to launch http://r12idev.corp.kns.com:8099/OA_HTML/ibeCZzpHome.jsp?minisite=10040&respid=60690&grp=IBE_M_OTHER

It showing below error:
