SIM Webservice Error

Hi  
I am getting below response SIMwebservice while calling from POS Client / SoapUI.

<env:Fault>
<faultcode>env:Server</faultcode>
<faultstring>Unknown exception, internal system processing error.</faultstring>
</env:Fault>

We are tested web service with POS / SoapUI and getting same error however if we invoke from web browser,we are getting valid response. 
We have checked SIM access logs and it has entry of IP address but no error mentioned in SIM.log & Sim_server.Log. 

POS & SoapUI showing same response with fault Code. 


Please share your view if anyone has faced similar issue.
