Adding Requisitions on PO

Dear All,
We have a requirement that while Adding requisitions on PO from Autocreate Add To Docuement functionality, we dont want to add the Requisitions lines in Approved POs. Is it Possible to just buyer can see and add the requisitions on incomplete POs only?
