asm e node rac

because the disaster recovery where is one node of the rac going in maintenance, i need to stop the node e the asm. The diskgroups of this node will shout down.

What is the correct procedure and commands to stop one node and asm? when I start the node and diskgroup, the syncronize is automatic?
