13.4.1.3- Issue opening the config tools

Hello,

I'm trying to install Config Tools 13.4.1.3 on my Windows 7 pc; I set the three environmental variables RIDE_HOME, RPAS_HOME and Path as usual;

When I run the ConfigTools.exe I get the following error:

There was a problem starting the RPAS Tools:

While trying to load the RPAS libraries, an error occured. This is likely because of one or more of the following:

1)The RPAS_HOME variable is not set

2)RPAS_HOME is set to a non matching versione of rpas

3)RPAS_HOME/lib and RPAS_HOME/applib are not on the PATH

The variables are correctly set.
