Projects HTML Pages and PSI

Hi,

I have a couple of questions around using hte HTML pages in Projects and what you can see if you do not use Project Performance Reporting or Project Management.

1.I am trying to find a page that will give me a Financial plan breakdown ie Tasks with amount columns such as Actuals to Date, commitments etc.Is this available without using Project Performance Reporting.I think because we have mandatory DFFs on our task forms that some of the pages are erroring.

2.Can you see an HTML page which will give a list of outstanding commitments?

3.If we want to use Project Performance reporting, do we have to use Project Management?
