Changing Item Setup for some Active item serialized to Non Serialized and for some active item Non S

Hi

We are working on 11.5.10.2 version. Below module has been Installed.

1. Inventory 2. Install Base 3. Order management 4. Purchasing 5. Service Contracts 6. Receivables.

Business wants to Change serialized item setup to Non Serialized and Non Serialized Item Setup to Serialized for group of items which are having pending transaction in above module.

Can any one guide what all steps needs to be followed for both the cases.
