Accounting Manager Setup error

Hi;

There has been a new requirement to maintain translated QATD for our FX subsidiaries.  When modifing the Accounting Setup to enable Quarter Average to balances for the ledger the following error is received.

ORA-20001: GL_LEDGER_TRANSLATION_FLAGS in Package GL_LEDGERS_PKG Procedure update_row.  Can anyone advise how to resolve?
