Does Siebel support Password Digest in Outbound SOAP ?

Hi,

We have a requirement where web service hosted by external system expects the SOAP authentication to happen using PasswordDigest in the WSSE header. Does Siebel 8.1.1.7 has capability of generating Password Digest? If not and it has to be achieved using Java class and JBS, can you please suggest the exact class name ? Is that available as part of standard JDK?
