Open Contact Edit PG from a Weblink on Contact object

Hello,

We are needing to navigate to the Contact Edit PG whenever someone clicks a certain weblink.  Is there a way to build logic into the weblink that will open the edit page?  Or, does anyone have any sample JavaScript that may work?
