13495766 : 12.1.3 : Forms ARXRWMAI and ARXTWMAI Will Not Compile

 Hi James : This thread will address your following issue - 

We applied patch 13495766 to relove the issue described in note  1481246.1 and now forms ARXRWMAI.fmx and ARXTWMAI.fmx will not compile due to missng view AR_TRX_DISCOUNTS_V. Both forms get the same error. This view exists in another instance that was previously upgraded from 11i to R12.1.3 but I have no way to tell what changed to cause the view to not be created.

I have uploaded the patch log files.
