Export of an AXML file is missing some BOM information(using IExportManager)

in Agile (MOSC) Question
We have an Custom program to extract of the Item when there is a change.In one of the extract the AXML file is with a BOM item which is not part of the BOM and this is missing the Name/Number.
Has anyone faced this issue before?
