The Close other Forms Defualt

Good Afternoon,We are thinking about making the default for the Close other Forms under tools unchecked.  Has anyone changed the default and if so, did you experience any issues?  I know it will give the user an error when the same form is already open but just curious if it can cause any other issues. Thanks for your help!
