Invoice Partially Accounted

 Hi Support,
                   Invoice is partially accounted.Ap list Shows "The GL date 31-AUG-2011 is not in an open or a future enterable period. Please select a valid GL date or open the period.But Year 2011 is alreasy closed completely. If the Invoice is unaccounted in 2011, then how did the year got closed.Now we cant open the Year 2011. Please check the attached AP List & advise us a Solution.
