apxmlins.pls , apxmlinb.pls are these packages obseleted in R12 ?

 Hi All

My customer has upgraded from 11i to R12 (now at 12.1.3) , AP_WEB_DB_EXPTEMPLATE_PKG: was found invalid,, the reason was due to parameter mismatch in AP_WEB_DB_AP_INT_PKG which was still showing 115.31 as the version ?

I am not finding any documents on this.

Can someone from the AP team please validate this ?
