Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. hi,

when i am completing my work order i get two list of values

1. complete

2. complete - no charges

2nd one i like to change to complete with no changes i believe it can be achieved through personlization can some one help me out here.
