How to Return the ISO ???

Hi we have scenario of IRISO and we Import all the Information of IR into the ISO and the ISO Import in the booked status at the header level but the line status is awaitiing Shipment nd the ordr picked nd shipped too and other item is receive in another org too and we do follow the same in normal routine.

There is case that we currently receive from our cleint that if an org inspite of receiving the material from another Org based on IRISO wanted to return the material so how does it could be done ?
