Hi,

We got the following error when 'Preventive Maintenance Generate Service Requests and Tasks' concurrent program. In addition you can see concurrent log file in the attachment.

Effectivity ID 10000 Product Number 10000 Serial Number S001: Error in Service Request creation.ORA-00001: unique constraint (CS.CS_INCIDENTS_U2) violated in Package CS_ServiceRequest_PVT Procedure Create_ServiceRequest
