How to Reconcile Material Account ??

Dear ALL,
Hope you all OK ,
What is the Process / Line of action to Reconcile the Mateiral Account  ?? As we all know that  Reconciliation of Accural have its own process and steps to be followed.

Kindly help me in this regards
