How to Personalize "Performance Page"

Hi,

I want to personalize performance page. As per the article "Doc ID 966556.1" I already Hide some regions like "Earned Value","Backlog" and etc. But what I also need to hide the below fields

1) People Effort and  Equipment Effort UNDER Finanacial Performance Region

2 ) ETC , Forecast Burdened Cost and Forecast Cost Variance UNDER Cost Region 

3 ) ETC, Forecast Burdened Cost and Forecast Cost Variance UNDER Revenue Region

To acchieve this i found there is NO available Client Extension moreover I tried another way  i.e., "Create Page Layout for Performnace Page" But unfortunately it is not showing "Add" or "Delete" button and I am following Oracle Support for this.
