pleaseee help..failed to deploy oracle 12c grid control on windows server!!!!!!!!!!!

hello everyone..
i realy do appreciate anyone help me in this issue..because till now I can't find the root cause behind it..I have a windows server and trying to deploy 12c grid control agent on it but it failed with the following error:
