Best practice to promote Component Application Framework layout

Hello,

I couldn’t find any document on best practice to promote Component Application Framework layouts. Only way I found to do it is to copy environment specific F95233* tables and to use OMW to promote *PUBLIC User Override. It works but besides being cumbersome it, also, doesn’t please auditors.
