Can a parent be a component on a rework bill of materials ?
There is code in F3002 edit line to specifically thrown an error on BOM application (P3002|W3002A).

Apart from customization I don't see an alternative. Has anyone else seen this issue, I see that for rework bill its very possible that the same parent may become a component but looks like its not a feature.

If anyone has any ideas. Please let me know.
