Does Miscellaneous Receipt Reconciliation can be done through Accrual Reconciliation ??

  Normally we used to do Miscellnous Receipt / Issue for various Inventory Transactions. And these Misccellanous Receipt / Issue can be done againts an account so how does we could reconcilaition for these ??
