While applying patch#7666111 getting error "FND-UT-CMT: ORA-01041: internal error. hostdef extension

 Hi Dean,

Welcome to patching community !!!


Issue: While applying patch#7666111 getting the following error:

UPDATE fnd_install_processes
SET status = 'F'
WHERE worker_id = 5

Error comitting pending transactions and closing Pro*C connection.

The error is:

FND-UT-CMT: ORA-01041: internal error. hostdef extension doesn't exist

AD Worker is exiting with failure.
