Application Diagonotic responsibility is getting attached during sso login

Hi ,

We have upgraded a 11i (11.5.10.2) instance to R12.1.3, and integrated the same with WNA SSO using OAM10gR3 and EBS Accesssgate.

When a new user is getting added to EBS , and login to EBS using SSO, he has the Application Diagonostic responsibility attached to him by default.

Could you please let me know , how to disable this feature. ? (He should not get that responsibility by default.)
