How to resolve this error after changed from workgroup to domain

Dear all,
   Currently i have a customer who has changed his server's workgroup to domain.  Some errors just happen as shown as attached.    I have asked him to change all the JDE servers' JDE services to domain admin in windows services manager (services.msc).  It did resolve the problem with server manager but it still can't display the object media viewer (as attached) 

kindly advice what i should do ?
