P6 resources Histgrams

I have multile projects some Live some completed and some scenarios.

With all live projects open I would expect that the resource profiles would be identical for options "Display: Open Projects only" and "Disply All Projects" (Because I have all Live projects open).

  • How can I be sure that the profile is not identifying resouce in the closed and Scenario schduleswhen option "Display All Projects is selected"?
  • Can P6 tell me which projects a particular resource is being used on?
  • If so can it also tell me the periods it is being used?

I know I can use filters but I want to be able to check what projects resources have been assigned to given the above issue
