RMAN recover table in 12c

Hi,

I tried recoverring the table using new rman recover table command . But its failing at last step. can any one help me what was wrong ,a siam not able to find from the alert log file.

The below is the output from the command :

RMAN> RECOVER TABLE DBCHECK.TEST_RMAN OF PLUGGABLE DATABASE PDB1 UNTIL TIME "to_date('2013-07-29:15:10:00','YYYY-MM-DD:HH24:MI:SS')"
