IEX patch 13788010 / 14310239 / 16201879 confusion

One of our functional team has identified patch 14310239 to be applied.
1) When I go to download 14310239 it says it is superseded by 16201879

2) When I go to download 16201879 it says it has prerequisites of 1378810 and 16452397

3) When I go to download 13788010 it says it is superseded by 14310239 and then 16201879 (i.e. go to 1)

Can I just apply 16452397 and then 16201879 ?
