How to get OAF personalization dump

This is regarding the appropriate method to get the list of all the OAF personalizations from a given EBS R12 instance.
In case of Form Personalizations, we can query it either from the application or query on FND tables to get the details.
But, in case of OAF personalizations, there is no such direct method. Even if we try using JRE_UTIL package based queries, but it still does not help much.
Please note that we don't have functional administrator responsibility. And, even if we try to import the personalization details through functional admin responsibility, it does not clearly mention about the details of personalizations made at different levels in different responsibilities.
