Viewing the RFQ number which is generated against a Requsition.

Hi,
  I have a requisition number for which the purchase order is not generated. On analyzing the issue, it is found that the RFQ_REQUIRED_FLAG = Y.

  Now, is it possible to get that RFQ number which is generated? Also, how would I be able to find if the PO is also generated against that RFQ?
