Data guard configuration ERROR

 Hi

we have facing some s issues in our production database using data guard broker

N4bill -primary database
error : ORA - 16810 multiple errors or warings detected for the database

N4billdr -Physical standby database
error: ORA-12523 TNS:listener could not find instance appropriate for the client connect

configuration
error

how to resolve this issues

Any help greatly appreciated
